These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "Elevate Your CRM" program ("Program") provided by Machspeed LLC ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Program.

2. Program Description

The "Elevate Your CRM" program is a customer relationship management software service provided by Machspeed LLC. The Program offers various features and services to enhance your CRM capabilities.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1

Cancellation Responsibility

: Users are responsible for canceling their accounts prior to the billing date through the billing portal. The billing date is the date on which your subscription is set to renew. Failure to cancel your account before the billing date will result in the automatic renewal of your subscription for the next billing period.

3.2

No Refunds

: Machspeed LLC does not provide refunds for any charges related to the Program if an account is not canceled before the billing date. Additionally, No refunds are to be provided after initiating our service. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1

Billing

: Users will be billed for their selected subscription plan in accordance with the pricing and billing terms disclosed at the time of subscription. The billing date may vary depending on the chosen plan.

4.2

Plan Changes

: Users can change their subscription plan at any time through the Program's billing portal. Any changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

4.3

SMS Utilization Pricing/ Credit

$20 monthly credit is applied to your account on a monthly basis which rolls over into the next month if not used. After SMS utilization/Phone Number costs surpass $20 or your wallet is under $1 you are billed in $10 increments according to usage at a rate of $10 roughly 1200 message segments.

5. Account Security

5.1

User Responsibility

: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that your account is used only by authorized individuals.

5.2

Unauthorized Access

: If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact Machspeed LLC immediately to secure your account at

6. Data Privacy

6.1

Data Collection

: Machspeed LLC may collect and process user data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Program, you consent to such data collection and processing.

6.2

Data Security

: Machspeed LLC employs reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, the Company is not liable for any data breaches or losses that occur due to factors beyond its control.

7. Termination of Service

Machspeed LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Machspeed LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the Program's website or email. Your continued use of the Program after the modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
